My wife treated me and my son's to their Sunday brunch on father's day. I gotta tell you, it was no treat. We had a 12:00 pm reservation but didn't get seated until 12:30. Our hostess, who turned out to be the the GM should get out of the customer service industry, she wasn't very friendly, our waitress rarely checked on us for drink refills, we didn't even get napkins until half way into the meal, and the bus boy was no where to be found. We had to stack our dirty dishes on a ledge next to our table just to make room for seconds. On top of all that, there was 15 - 20 minute wait in line for omeletes and the pasta bar. The GM did apologize saying that they were short staffed but that didn't make up for the horrendous experience.
